[21. May. 2005] New Update:

Raaddrr Van: There is always a hidden chamber in every room, and every hidden chamber has a secret jewel... In step Raaddrr Van, a long time wu-tang clan affiliate has been in the mix since get-go, since the Wu became a force, since 93 protect ya neck era, Van has been doing the knowledge and building with the likes of Masta Killa to RZA via the NGE channel. Just like the greats kool keith, Raaddrr Van is also known for switching names according to mood and growth, from  Lodd Manefess, to  Lidot Nyfe, to Tashan Allah, The Dark Knight, Raddar Vantana, and  Radarukus, there might be more for all that is known.

Around 1996, Raaddrr Van hooked up with Killah Priest to record the track "Maccabeez" which had heads thinking he was a member of the now popular Maccabeez click of Killah Priest, Hell Razah and Timbo King. Prior to that, he released an EP "Rappin' 4 Change", and  around 1998, hooked up  with he's then DJ and producer Sizzah Handz as Loose Wirez and released the underground classic  "The Loung Gunmen", followed shortly by the infamous "The Black God" and probably more. The later featured The RZA producing a large number of songs on that album, with some tracks laced by OC of DITC crew. Words on the streets is that RZA still has the masters of "The Black God album" and only time will tell if it will ever be released officially. Van has also been featured on a number of mix tapes and albums from J-Love, Kool Kev to Masta Killa, Gravediggaz, RZA, Marc Live, Kool Keith and many more. Released EPs and underground albums which he sold on the streets of New York, with a box in he's hand, hustling in front of stores like Fatbeats and Virgin Mega Store in Times Square, NY.

Enter 2005, The streets has been waiting for a long time, now the internet is buzzing and also watching and waiting for Raaddrr Van to finally drop a new an new album, With recent online interviews and linking with Carta records Inc, The album is now about to drop anytime soon, "The Booth, The Mic, The Lyrics"  within the next couple of weeks or months to be exact, beats handled by The RZA, H.B, Live 7 and more, contains previously unreleased tracks as well as new ones. The God's time has finally come to shine, a truly well deserved recognition. People should be able to buy the album online when it drops, More info of this will be updated when it is confirmed. Below is the track and cover. Support the real!.

Ol' Dirty Bastard: Late rap icon Ol' Dirty Bastard's unique discography will be celebrated on the upcoming compilation "The Definitive Ol' Dirty Bastard Story." Due June 21 via Rhino, the 16-track set rounds up highlights from ODB's two Elektra solo albums (plus two alternate versions) as well as guest appearances on other artists' tracks.

From 1995's "Return to the 36 Chambers" comes "Shimmy Shimmy Ya" (in a regular and "clean" version), "Raw Hide," and "Brooklyn Zoo," plus the LP version of "Give It to Ya Raw" from the "Brooklyn Zoo" EP. The 1999 album "N*gga Please" is represented by ODB's biggest solo hit, "Got Your Money" featuring Kelis, "Rollin' Wit You," "Cold Blooded," "Good Morning Heartache" featuring Lil' Mo, "All in Together Now," the title track and "I Can't Wait." ODB's appearances on a remix of Mariah Carey's No. 1 Billboard Hot 100 hit "Fantasy" and with Mya on Pras Michel's "Ghetto Supastar (That Is What You Are)" can also be found on the collection.

A bonus DVD rounds up ODB's videos for "Got Your Money," "Shimmy Shimmy Ya" and "Brooklyn Zoo,” plus a 1995 interview for the Box, during which ODB leads a tour through his native Brooklyn with Wu-Tang Clan colleague RZA.

ODB was recording a new album when he collapsed and died last November in a Manhattan recording studio. As previously reported, the set, dubbed "A Son Unique," was originally scheduled to be released via Damon Dash Music Group and RZA's Wu Tang Records, in partnership with Island Def Jam (IDJ).

And even though Dash is ending his venture with IDJ, sources say the latter company will still release "A Son Unique" sometime in July.

Liquid Swords Entertainment: It comes as no surprise that The GZA/Genius has signed a deal with Babygrande Records for releases under he's own label, especially having featured with the likes of Jedi Mind Tricks and Jus Allah. Liquid Swords Entertainment has gone through a roster change over the years but the current line up is bound to include the likes of Armel (C.O.I.N.S), Young Justice (Gza's son) and possibly more. The first release later this year would be an official mix tape entitled "GZA Presents:...." and possibly a film/music project releases in the near future.

Ghostface Killah: The rumors of a collaborative album from Ghostface & MF Doom has been confirmed, this project is most likely to be called "Ghostface Meets Metal Face". MF Doom of former KMD has been involved in a number of projects before with the likes of Madlib, The Professor, MF Grimm, and so on. The masked man has been mixing Ghostface's tracks in the past and even released a mix tape called "Operation Ironman" which had beats from MF Doom and accapellas from Ghostface blended together. This is however the first time new songs will be materialized and apparently 6 songs have already been completed for this project.

Ghost is also working on a new album tentatively titled "Rapper's Delight"  and to the joy of the Wu-tang fans also confirmed that he is also currently working with Raekwon for the long overdue release of "Only Built For Cuban Linx 2".
