The following is a list of artists and groups which are wrongly identified as being part of the Wu-Fam.

    In alphabetical order

12 Jewelz
Other Names: Twelve Jewelz
Album: N/A

Aside from sharing the name of a Gravediggaz song, this group has no Wu connection at all. This is nothing more than an incorrect fan assumption.

33 The Great
Other Names:
Albums:
Swordsport

Artist from Celestial Productions who have worked with Timbo King but not affiliated in any ways to the Wu

Attentat Lyrical

Autnoyz

Baby J
Other Names:
Album: The Birth

Producer from the UK. Baby J has an album called "The Birth" which features many Wu affiliates Poetic and Shabazz The Disciple. He has also produced tracks for the Celestial Souljahz duo, and other wu fam artists and even though he has got that wu sound he is not connected to the Wu in any other way.

Black Knights
Other Names:
Album:

Confusingly shares the same name with the real "Wu" group. These Black Knights have a page on MP3.com but have no Wu affiliation at all. They have a track called "Penny Loafers".

The Brooklyn Zoo
Other Names:
Album:

Note the spelling. This group has a track called "Masterz of the Zooniverse", and are no way connected to the Wu.

Buddy Love
Real Name:
Other Names:

Album: Brooklyn's Finess

Not connected to the wu, Buddy Monk produced he's whole album.

Camouflage Large

Once thought to be part of the Wu collective but they have no Wu connection whatsoever.

Chapel
Real Name:
Other Names:

Album:

Producer/MC with close ties to 140 Productions and Dom Pachino.

Children of Izreal
Other Names:
Album:

- Promizz
- Choo "The Specializt

This group has recorded with Cilvaringz but have never been a part of the Wu. They are about 8 of them and they are all from Richmond, Virginia with Promizz being the first artist to be released on Children of Izreal Production/Label. Promizz's cousin, is Choo "The Specializt" who is responsible for the production side of things, and has done tracks for the late "Tupac Shukur," Ghostface Killah, and "Tekitha"

Co - Defendants
Other Names: Attentat Lyrical, Co - Deez
Albums:

- Enza
- Taxi

Duo from France who have worked close ties with Shabazz The Disciple, and Killarmy members Shogun and Beretta 9 respectively and has featured with a number of Wu-Tang Clan & Wu Killa Beez members directly and indirectly. Sponsored by Wu Wear Europe the group has gone on to use Wu logo and form groups identifying themselves as  European Wu-Tang Killa Beez even though they are not yet officially initiated.

Daddy-O
Other Names:
Album:

One time member of Stetsasonic along side gravediggaz member's Frukwan & Prince Paul, and also thought be part of the Shaolin Soldiers. Daddy-O is also credited as an A&R director on The Syndicate's [formerly Wu-Syndicate's] debut album. It's possible that these are two separate artists altogether.
Has a solo album called "You Can Be A Daddy, But Never Daddy-O". His Wu connection is far from clear-cut.

Deadly Venoms
Other Names:
Album: n/a

Not the all female group of Wu fame. There are many music groups which record under this name (ie. 5 Deadly Venoms).

Falling Down

Real Name
Other Names:

K.G.B.
Other Names:
Album:

Like Deadly Venoms, there are many music groups which record under the name KGB. There are a number of tracks available on the Internet incorrectly credited to the Wu's KGB.

Linque

Real Name

Reports have it that Linque was once a part of the Deadly Venoms, but left for unknown reasons. Like most "reports", no-one has come forth with evidence to prove this to be the case.

Lost Generation
Real Name
Other Names:
Album

Once again an incorrect assumption made by fans (most likely due to the group's name which somehow "connects" them to Shyheim).

Mad Lion

Real Name
Other Names:

A complete mystery. Mad Lion has merely recorded one track with Method Man. Buddha Monk has produced a track for him called "Brooklyn Massacre". Recently there has been a rumored collaborative album with him and Cappadonna, which might or might not happen.
